Your state fair payout date is Wednesday, November 9th as stated in your paperwork.  Each of you will receive a text message on the time for pick up but currently our time is set for anytime after 2 pm until 5 pm.  If you are unable to be present to pick up your check please let us know by email to concessionworkers@yahoo.com that you would like your check mailed out to you or if you are sending a designated individual to pick up your check for you.   

Again on Monday, November 7th you will each receive a text message with a reminder that the check pick up date is Wednesday, November 9th, location:  Rod's Place 940 S Haskell Ave Dallas, Texas 75223

We are working diligently to finish the invoice to our client to ensure that everything is correct. 

Each person will receive their check, a statement listing their hours worked, deductions for shirt, hat and any other charges they incurred.  You will also receive in your envelope a discrepancy form to fill out if you feel that your hours are listed incorrectly or have any other questions.  These are to be turned in or emailed to concessionworkers@yahoo.com so that we can look into your questions and provide the necessary information.  We ask that you EMAIL any additional questions you may have and do not send by text.  Text messages can become lost as we do still have events going on.  All emails will be answered in a timely manner.
