State Fair Payout Information


Thank you all for working the 2015 State Fair!

Update: 

The State Fair tips have now been sent out to those who were eligibile to receive them.  They have all been mailed and you should be receiving from Chase Bank within 5 to 7 business days from the payout date listed under the payouts tab.  Please do not text me asking for the amount.  We are still working on numerous payouts and upcoming events and to stop to look each persons amount up is time consuming and requests do not always come in at a time when we are able to do this.  You are welcome to email any questions via email once your check is received but please have patience for your check to arrive. 

Most of the discrepancies we have received have been resolved and the few remaining we are still looking into and you will be updated on the decision on those.

Payment for the State Fair of Texas has been made to all those who showed up at our off site location and also to our office on Tuesday, November 3rd. 

If you were not in either location, then your fair check has been mailed to you at the address listed on your application.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  These checks have gone out by regular mail but did not go with any type of tracking unless it was requested.  These checks were mailed out on Wednesday, November 4th.  If we do not have an address on file for you, please contact our office to make arrangements to pick up your check at our office at 520 Ave H East #114 Arlington, Texas 76011.  Please bring an ID for check pick up.

 Any questions regarding discrepancies on your check or anything we will need to check into will need to be sent to me via EMAIL  at concessionworkers@yahoo.com  and we will get them answered asap. 

DO NOT send your questions to me via text message.  I cannot guarantee that your text message won't get buried in the numerous messages that I receive.   I would like a record of your question and my response to make sure that we address ALL questions.  

Reminder that we did request this information prior to checks being mailed -Please keep in mind that address changes need to be sent in via email as well.  Once checks go out via mail it will take time to stop payment and re-issue so please make all necessary address changes by email to me prior to the 3rd of November.  If you failed to provide an address change prior to checks being mailed and a stop payment is necessary the $35 stop payment fee will be the responsibility of the individual for failing to provide this information to us by email.
